What is inside
Sections follow the work of a forwarder, not the tables of a database.
Trips and carriers
Carrier assignment, rate, driver and vehicle, trip paperwork. One order can hold several trips, cargo can be consolidated.
Cargo and routes
Loading and unloading points with addresses from the counterparty book, places, weight, volume, temperature mode and special conditions.
Finance
Income and cost per service, currencies with rates on the date, VAT and margin — calculated where the numbers are entered, not in a separate file.
Invoices
Issued to clients and received from carriers, payments and balance, splitting an invoice at a border, line names from a template.
Documents
Contracts, orders to carriers and invoices on your own forms: placeholders, PDF printing, signature and company seal, a number series per document kind.
Messaging
A messenger inside the system: direct chats and groups, replies and discussion branches, mentions, reactions, pinned messages, search.
Roles and departments
Permissions per section and action, order visibility by department, an audit log and a recycle bin — deleted records come back.
Data migration
Import from 4logist: counterparties, orders, trips, documents and form templates arrive with their history instead of starting from scratch.

Who is this system for?
For freight forwarders and transport companies: those who run client orders, hire carriers, calculate income and cost per shipment and print the paperwork for the deal.
Can data be migrated from 4logist?
Yes. Counterparties with contacts and addresses, orders, trips, cargo, finance lines, documents and form templates are transferred. The first migration brought 11,500 document files along with the data.
How does self-hosting differ from the cloud?
Functionally it does not: it is the same system. Self-hosted, the database and files sit on your server and updates and backups are yours to run; in the cloud we do that.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the number of employees and the way you run it. Write to us — we will show the system on your own cases and name the price.
Which interface languages are supported?
Russian, English and Kazakh. Each employee picks their own language, while documents print in the language of the form.
What about data safety?
Company data is separated at the database query level, permissions are granted per section and action, changes go into an audit log, and deleted records land in a recycle bin they can be restored from.
